Step Back in Time By Taking A Peek at This 1950s Kitchen Left Completely Untouched for Over 50 Years

Furniture designer Nathan Chandler purchased a retro lovers dream in 2010 — a circa mid-fifties to early sixties home complete with a mint condition, fully furnished GE Kitchen.

Over 50 years later, this untouched kitchen is serving as a time capsule to one of America’s most beloved eras.

He purchased the home from the original owner, who for reasons unknown never lived in the home and instead chose to leave it standing as is.

It may be too pink for some people’s taste, but there’s no denying how quaint and pretty this kitchen looks as sun shines through the windows. The glowing effect of the sunlight really adds to its nostalgic charm.
